This "Island"—encircled by the Seine, the Marne, and the Oise rivers—boasts beautiful and incredibly diverse landscapes, while its royal heritage offers a wealth of artistic treasures, ranging from architecture and the art of garden design to, of course, gastronomy. That is why we have decided to introduce you to this magnificent region through its craftsmanship, cuisine, and châteaux—from Champs-sur-Marne (the residence for visiting heads of state) to the Royal Palace of Fontainebleau (with its 1,500 rooms) and the Rothschilds' Château de Ferrières...

Chapitre of Belgium - Brussels

Jeune Rôtisseur Competition – Belgian Selection The Belgian Selection of the Jeune Rôtisseur Competition will take place at Horeca Be Pro in Brussels. The competition starts early in the morning, when our young talents will demonstrate their skills, creativity and discipline in a professional setting. From 16:00 onwards, members, guests and visitors of the Chaîne are warmly invited to join us, support the candidates and share the excitement of the final moments. The day will conclude with a reception and friendship drink at 16:00, celebrating the next generation of gastronomy. Please let us know if you will be joining us.
